So to get 75% block do I put into dex. until it reads 75% in Blood Moor, or how should I know exactly how many points I need to put into dex. to get the block %. I've thought about it too much that I've confused myself. Please help me vets. thanks


btw it's a cs zon for PvP that I'm trying to get straight. I got the perfect equipment so I really don't want to mess up the stats.

Keep leveling your character until you are assured that is your final level. Afterward, just add attribute points to dexterity until it says 75% block... yeah... The reason why that you should add dexterity at your final level is because every 2 levels (or something around there) you gain, your block would start decreasing.

Well first I would suggest getting to a level were you wont level any more somewere around 82-87 is a good place to stop.
