i just got a new vista machine and was wondering if there was any way to get sting's working on it. i tried running it in xp2 compatibility mode, but it still doesn't run. it opens the normal notepad, but the mh doesn't pop up.

i also tried changing the settings so that it would autoreveal act, but that doesn't work either- which means that not only is the user interface not popping up- the entire program just isn't running.

can anyone help me?

Probably not Vista compatible. It's up with Sting's if he wants to make it for Vista but D2 hacking now is coming to a drought now so it probably will never happen.

Or you could go back and use Windows XP, up to you if you can live with or without Sting's maphack.

I think this problem is rising for new programs made compatible for both Vista and XP, as this is the same problem I'm seeing with my XP computer using an antivirus released for both Vista and XP....
