PvP or PvM? PvM pure bowazons aren't all that effective these days compared to hybrids. For PvP, you want your max guided arrow and max multi shot, a lot into critical strike, and enough into D/E/A so you have about 50% chance to not get hit. What you want to do with valk is mostly personal preference, but its obviously ineffective in pvp. Stat points, your main goal will be to have as much dex as possible. The rest of your points will go to vit once you have enough str/dex to wear all of your gear. Energy can be left at base. As far as gear, I don't know enough to give you any specifics.
