Oh, I bet its perm, almost 99.9% of the perfect griefz's on non ladder west are unperm. My suggestion is to make a name for yourself and become a trusted member of cc_comp or d2jsp and try to sell it there because nobody is going to sell you perm wbs without proof that its perm and just rejoining doesn't prove shit.
