It allows you to use certain skills in town, it's clientside, but because of it others see you invisible while you are doing it. I think it only works with Charge. You have to move at least one whole screen at once, so basicly you just disappear and reappear. Test it with your friend, so you know how much you have to move at once.

And backup your old patch_d2.mpq. There's also extended inventory and stash, but don't but items there you just get C/I and leave the game without message. Same thing that happens with cube at NPC's or using packets.
