Can you make Grief runeword in non-ladder or you need to be in ladder? And when you make grief do you just need a normal phase blade with no stats or it has to be enhanced? And my last question lol When Ladder on East-non-lad will be done? Thanks

Grief is a runeword that can be made only in ladder, if you try to make one on non ladder it will not work. You can only make runewords in just basic white armor weapons etc, or ones that have enhanced defence/enhanced damage. As for the ladder... no idea.
