What do you think is the best character?

For? Be more specific. PVP, PVM, Mfing, etc? If you say the character that can be used most effective overall, i would have to say the paladin (Smiter, hammers, foh)

Pvp wise? ele druids good bvcs or skilled desynching hammerdins. Pvm wise? Hammerdin. OR a sorc... which no matter what anyone says is not as good at pvm as a hammerdin. Mf wise? Hammerdin. for ubers however, the smiter is unmatched for doing ubers and killing diablo clone.

I say close it; for one, there is no "best" character. Each character has their pros and cons somewhere. It also depends on how you build them.

Plus, the answer is easy. The Paladin is the best character. It's the only char that can uber using a smiter (effectively/easily), and Hammerdins are the best at all around pvm. For dueling, smiters can be good, hammerdins and fohers. Paladin is probably most versatile character also.

Some characters can do each of these things individually but none can really do all three as good as the Paladin can.

Not spamming just figured I'd end this argument quickly.
