I need a good dueling elemental build. So can anyone help me here.

helm - ?
boots - Etreks?
belt - spider?
gloves - magefist
leftring - 10% castrate 20 str and res
rightring - Another castrate ring or soj?
ammy - crafted or maras?
weapon - ?
shield - spirit?
