Saying it sounds like relived just because of leachers pen is pretty bad besides that and there both v1.09 there not even close to being the same. I've played Relived, I think Id know if they were the same. Sounds like all you do is try to accuse any 09 realm of being like Relived. If you have a serious Q ask, if not dont leave remarks saying "Oh you sound like relived" based on 1-2 things.

Hello Everyone,
The Ruins of Hell is a v1.09 Server. It offers good PvM as well as PvP. Theres HC and SC players alike. Some of the changes in this realm include:

-Slightly Increased Exp
-Cow Leechers Pen
-Increased MF
-Skills Made More Balanced
-New Graphics For Items, Map Areas, And Some Character Spells
-New Items/Runewords
-New Cube Recipies
-Changed Throne Minions/Chamber (Chamber Now Has Baal/Diablo/Mephisto)
-New Special Items (AtG Items/Orbs)(Each Has Unique Affects)
-This Is A Legit Realm Hence No Bugged 08 or 09 Items

Last time i check Relived Had Bugged Items from 09 and 08. They halso had items such as imp shanks, soul spurs, ect also. There skills were base 09 skills when I last played there. Plus last time i checked its the same D2 graphics as always. These are just a few differences.
