Then therefore your saying its detectable?

The answer is yes i believe, it is not detectable. Its a clientside mod and is said now not to even affect you. Don't use it, it'll screw you in pvm or pvp.

It is very easy for Blizzard to detect, but as far as I know, it is not stated as "illegal" in the EULA.
No, but I do not think that anyone will ever be banned because they used a mod.

3rd party programs (i.e. Maphack, gmod, Farcast, etc) are all included in the EULA as 3rd party programs. I don't think there's a question about that.

I am almost certain that Farcast is undetectable, that however shouldn't be an incentive to use it.
