Hey, well I've finally finished up the super basic version of my Realm, as of now it only contains a base 1.10 server type, with 1.11 RW's / Uniques (like the torches / quest items).

This is a new release, and I plan on releasing much further things in the future, I'm currently learning how to mod maps, and have big plans for this Realm. Lots of things are still in Beta stage, such as the website that is based on this realm. (The website is still hosted locally). With my knowledge of PHP, and decent knowledge in servers (not the first server I've ever hosted for any game), I plan on extending this til it's a decent / well populated server, but having a few regulars for now would be great.

So why choose Chaos Realm?

* Well, I plan on leaving it on almost 24-7, that's a nice start.
* It has all the fun of 1.10, with the addition of 1.11 Rune Words and uniques.
* MapHack and basic auto-bots are allowed.
* Me and my friend (admins) aren't ****s.
* We take abuse reports from our users (i put it in the tos to be respectful to one another, people can be screwed if they try screwing you, heh)
* Decent alternate to Battle.net
* Freebies on sign up .. A good amount, we can GET you what you want basically.
* No realm Downs / FTJ / Etc.
* Aiming for a stable economy, we will give out GREAT freebies at times, and host dropping events, but we won't over do it to add some fun to economy side of the realm.
* Don't want to waste your time with gaining XP? No problem. We can give you custom made XP rings / and or host the fastest Chaos Runs you'll ever see in your life ;)

Our plans for the future:

We're relatively new, I mean, I asked to make a realm how many days ago? (Went through hell and back getting it to run and then learning what to do on top of it). So our plans include:

* Modded maps (working on it now)
* Great interaction between website server and game server (going to add features to check your account VIA website).

Just give us a week or two, and it'll be one of the decent Realms you'd recommend to a friend.

Oh, and last but not least..

THE SETUP PROCEDURE TUTORIAL is almost FOOL PROOF. Meaning if you don't have computer experience, our tutorial should still seem as though it was written in english to you. We also include the files in our ZIP like maphack1.10 and GWE (Gate way editor) so YOU DONT need to find them. Also direct links to patches you'll need to DL, (so less hassle).

ZIP is 400KB. The read me is .doc format (nice colors and easy on the eyes), and if you can't view docs, theres a plain txt version.

It is just starting you know :P . Give it time to get players and develop a stable economy. After things get going everyone should get their stuff by themselves.

Hey everyone, don't be discouraged by this guy, he left quite a few things out:

A) Abusive admins? Nope. I have a channel log, this member NK'ed in duels (we are a full respect realm), talks a lot of crap to another admin just because he isn't main admin (me).

B) Since their isn't enough players and probably no one even hunting uniques down, we have 1 free 99 per account rule (for now, this will go away as we get too many people to do this favor for). This same guy actually offered to buy me a website for admin ship too. And he ALSO asked for a 99 and freebies quite consistently.

C) Laggy server? When this guy was surveyed he said the connection was fine, and he was on my server for hours at a time.

D) Well that's your opinion, fine. I'd expect a realm that's been out for a longer time than mine to be better. However, I doubt D2Relived is on a REAL server, and my computer having 1 GIG ram and 3.2 Ghz processing is stable enough. NOBODY by far really calls my realm laggy. Also be aware you will black walled if you do not have the latest patch as their has been major map upgrades.

E) He got banned because he nked, talked a lot of shit, and him and his friend threatened to "hack" my realm since their so "uber leet".
