Let me first say that I am not a fan of Anime, but sometimes a gameplay style comes along that brings me to break the cycle, grin and bear through the cheeky anime 'engrish' and enjoy the core mechanics of a game.

I read the gamespy review of this game and I was rather intrigued, has anyone here played the first?

i have olny played about 5 chapers of diesgaea hour of darkness and i ****ing love it,
i've olny scene a image of a lvl 9999 super char where stats were litterally massive . the game has alot of humor and nice atk visuals with the chalenging item world to buff up items far past there limits
doooooood hunt down hour of darkness now
its a sweet game if your into the whole tactical rpgs

Disgaea 1 was a lot better to me.
