does bramble on merc still lower the res of monsters by 50% or does only work for monster he is killing??? or what? plz elaborate on this--id like to still wear nigma so if it does work on merc id like to do it ty in advance :P

really? i thought it lowered resist, as in the monsters resist to any attacks, but i never really looked into it, so im probly wrong.
