Is anyone else having trouble connecting right now? Every realm I try it says: Connecting to Fastest Server then gives me an error message. Is anyone else having troubles and maybe something is up with battle.net? Thanks

What realm? East is fine. Try connecting to a different realm and check your firewall.

I tried all the realms, it used to do it to me where it would get to accsessing account, then give me the message but now it wont go past connecting to fastest server.. B.net bans me every time I log off lol and I don't even do anything and its usually a 24 hour ban

I don't know about anyone else but I keep getting FTJGs. It was working fine before.

Do you have a router or a firewall? Did you recently change anything about your internet (new modem, new internet service provider, anything).

if ur using dsl, then just disconnect and reconnect to the internet, then try again

it could as be that ur join/making games too fast my friend has this problem alot other then that it might be ur firewall

If you are trying to get him to have his IP reset he should wait at least three hours or so with his modem off and he should get a new IP. I don't see why this would have anything to do with it.

but when i do that it replaces the last digits of my IP instantly...
and whenever that happens to me (the problem hes getting) i do that and it works afterwards
and also when i get banned from a quake 3 server, i do that and i can join the server again, except if they ban my ip range entirely xD

I checked router and connection and everything is working correctly! I still get FTJGs. Now it's getting annoying.

I tried that. It did work at first but then I started getting FTJGs again. The game use to work just fine way back when.

Not that it matters but the only thing I'm using is Sting's but I still get FTJG with it disabled.

Does your router have a rule allowing port 6112... would be under applications (for Dlink) or something simular for other router brands.

I have 6112 open for another game so yeah it's open for port forwarding. Also open is port 4000 which is someting I read somewhere. Thanks for your help BTW. smiley:

Ok this post was orginnally about me, not like its all about me lol but yea I haven't tried it yet since being home but I will and if it still isn't working maybe someone can help me :) lol

bleh now it just has me temp banned from all the realms, yes I tried them all and I get the same error, I guess I'll just have to wait longer before I can play :( I hope some of my chars don't expire lol
