Golemn Mastery (Pump points into later on. Switch between clay and mastery)
Summon resist (More later on if you wish. With this build, just your items will put yer summons up to a 70% resist all with just about 3 points.)
Revive

Amplify Damg (Turns one army into 2)
Decrep (For bosses and tough uniques)
Lower resist
Iron Maiden

Some would ask: Why clay golemn?
I answer:
1. Because he is a TANK decoy.
2. Because he has almost double life than any golemn. He will NEVER die.
3. Because with enough points, he'll slow down enemies by 75%

I realize he does no dmg, but it doesn't matter. The golemns that dish dmg have crap life and golemns aren't neccessary for dmg cause yer skellies will dish it out. Use clay golemn to slow things down and tank for your skellies.

Gear:
Wep 1: Hoto (Arm of leoric is good until you get to hoto. Leroic has good mods, but hoto will help cast curses faster and summon faster and give good res, which is vital for a mancer)

Wep 2: 4-5 Bo CTA

Armour: AP Nigma - no question about it. You need to tele yer army

Helm: Um'ed Shako.

Shield: Um'ed Homo

Ring 1: SOJ

Ring 2: SOJ or raven frost (I stuck with soj)

Boots: Marrows

Gloves: Trang gloves or frosties (I use frosties)


Inventory:

N Torch, Anni, 7-9 summon gcs (Not very expensive)
8-9 Vita scs

Stats:

Str: Enough to wear items
Dex: Base
Vita: EVERYTHING ELSE OF COURSE
Mana: Base

With this build your skellies should do roughly 1k dmg=TANKS
You will be able to solo hell EASILY with no troubles whatsoever.

good build, its exactly what i used. You should include what merc to use, mine was a rogue with edge(thorns aura) its good and cheap, like tal amn or something low like that.

for ur merc if ur rich u could get him a fort,pride,w/e for helm and get the one with the might aura. ur skellys dmg will rise high

hmm good idea wolf, but i think when u have 30+ skellys it all adds up to be fast , but yea it will be like 400% faster killing lol, so yea beast is good on the switch? but i would use edge for thorns,, the monsters attacking and killing them selves, i love the idea:)

they can be because theyre a major meat sheild..not that effective in accually killing the opponent in my experience

I use etheral bramble for my merc, and i also use beast on my guy, both are very good, and why no life tap? Saves your mercs ass alot!

Eh...there ok I think ive went up against melee only, when barbs and smiters go up against me I always let them attack my skelies and they lose life because of my bramble on merc "thorn aura" and if they really piss me off ill just iron maiden them. (I know people dont like iron maiden but its a skill so why not use it) As for casters, I dont do so well...so i cant help you on that one, sorry.

Thats cool, but why go not just use a hammerdin? They are much faster. I just dont see the point, If i was getting rushed and i saw a guy pull out a summoner, i would leave.

Ok, let me rephrase. First of all, i would love too see a summoner rushing hell quickly. And it has nothing to do with the physical immunes in arcane.
