Theres other places than here to get guides....I don't know how good it would be if you arn't rich though...what do you mean by guide like skill setup or gear?

I really would not recommend doing this. Martial arts assassins are extremely underpowered in both PvP and PvM. About the only thing that they can be used for are for soloing ubers, but that requires extremely expensive equipment...
