needed:

pally w/ hi lvl prayer and equipped w/ a infinity w/ a gmerc

necro w/ gmerc

maybe a couple more chars w/ more gmercs

smiter

then rest can be filled w/ lvl 1+ grushed chars

strategy:

1. get the gmercs charged, while use ur smiter to kill diablo and baal.

2. lure mephisto into a house so it doesnt going around killing lvl1's

3. now get all grushed chars in a safe corner w/ the pally and his gmerc

4. necro will be casting lower resist to where the monsters are spawned

so gmercs more effective (infin + LR = OH DDAANNGG!!)

as the monsters are spawned they will poof from the gmercs

this gos on and on till ur at ur desirable lvl. (can leave it on all night i guess,

but need to check back so char doesnt get kicked for being afk)

NOTE:

you need to kill the venom lords, because they are immune to all except

physical damage! so you must kill diablo so venom lords dont

spawn!

can't mephisto leave the house while everyone is afk and kill everyone?? either way this sounds like a badass way to level

I dont think meph will stay in the house, he moves around alot. But, it might work. and if it dose then that it badass.

i heard this is a good way to go even to 90 actually...too bad i just sold off my gmerc or i'd try it..i think it will still work with just my hammerdin with insight merc too...just wont be able to go afk or anything. anyways, i'm going to try it tomorrow, anyone want to help out or level too? as usual i am east scl

novak, thats what the infin is for...and actually this strat is supposed to be done with a necro that has lower resists...but they arent immune to hammers, so i'll still be able to pull it off

You don't actually need anything else than a hammerdin. I found some newb that had opened a public game of ubertrist. It was full of newbs that had all died in Trist, so I went in there and just started killing with my hammer. Meph was trapped all-right, so when he spawned some skellies, they all spawned under my hammers. It was actually all-right for experience.

yea hdin is pretty good for it and to tell u the truth all u really need, BUT the setup i said was mainly much safer way of going for the ppl that would sit back and relax and watch the xp roll on in :)

this just might get me out of wow back into diablo 2 for awhile... chdnny, post something if you find anyone trying this out on West realms (nl or l, either one)
