Hey guys, just wonderin if any of u knew where i could find a sparkle brush (those that give a HDR effect) compatible for Photoshop elements 2. I have one but i think its only for PS CS1 or 2, and i dont feel like pirating it.

So yeah, if anyone could help me find one id really appreciate it, ive never been very good at using search engines and such confused:
