I'm looking for the utility that allows you to go back to .09 without reinstalling D2, so I can play Relived.

I am in the process of making a patch reverter, but don't hold your breath.
I'll keep you posted on the results.

I found a D2 patch reverter!!!
It can revert any version higher than v1.09 back to v1.09.
