how do i change a file type/zip a file. i need it to upload something onto a website and it can only be rar'ed or zipped files. its using the upload option just like on this site.

Right click in any folder, go to New, choose WinZip or WinRar archive (depending on what you have installed), it should come up New WinZip\Winrar Archive.Zip\Rar, rename it what you want to, open it and click Add, add the files you wish to add and choose the compression you wish to use.
