weapon: 25/-25 +3foh/+3conv scepter
shield: 15/-15 3soc head hunters
armor: CoH Dusk
helm: 25/20 griffs
Ammy: Maras or some gg crafted if u can find one
rings: 2xBK
belt: Arachs
gloves: bloodfists (double uped:)
boots: treks

and cta/sprit on switch as always

9x pcombs with mods
anni torch and 20lifers, with resist mods if ur resists arent 75 or higher


all ur stats into vita, if u need str to put some gear then just get some 20life/2str scs :D

theres also another build that uses enigma, u would need some fcr if u wanna try that, but tele isnt THAT important on a foher since u can charge and foh has autoaim..

15/-15 hhg is better than hoz because THE most important thing on a FOHer is the negative resistance, otherwise if people stack res/sorb ur screwed.

the 25/-25 +3foh/+3 convicton scepter is worth over 200hr on west.. because i think there are only like, 3 on the whole realm, and thats nl
for a +3 foh 25/-25 its more around 30hr
the griffs is like 20hr +
the facets are like 1 or 2 hr each..
a few hrs can get the rest without any trouble..

the only difficult item to find is the scepter, but its findable :)

why not 20/20 monarch?

cuz it needs too much str if u dont use enigma, and hhg has some pretty low str req (106)
and it also has life after kill, good fire/psn res, some good missile defense, and some good defense too.

a basic monarch just needs too much str basicly, and one facet wont make a huge difference, thats why u either have ur char full of em, or have none of em
