Well this is gonna blow, All Game-to-Movies blow.

i highly doubt people would watch a movie on WOW unless the ticket has a code that gives like 100 gold or something

I think it'd be better if it was a CG movie.

The highlight of a lot of Blizzard games are the movies they make... Like in War2 when the catapult takes out the blimp, or D2 when Tyrael fights Diablo (when I frist saw that it was so badass) or when Arthas kills his father in war3, or when Protoss carrier (I forget it's name) takes out the zerg hive. Very very memorable sequences...


Also forgot to mention the good ol' marines having a beer in the abandoned science vessle.

But how many game-to-movies are actually faithful to the games? They are totally different from the game so much that they are just your everyday movie.

Sounds like fun, but remember that gamers will have to LEAVE their WoW to go watch the movie....yeh that's not gunna happen =P

you have to face the facts people that video game movies just fail for using the wrong actors, the wrong story line, the wrong ideas they thnk will make it great
i still yet see a vg movie that stays true to the game itself that has been made by hollywood

Yea most game to movie releases suck, like the last one i saw Doom really sucked. But you never know it could be good, I also heard Silent Hill is going to rock.

wait doom movie was based on DOOM? thats a lie it had ntohing to do with hell so how could it have been doom
