DJ_MUTTA 05-15-2006, 04:00 PM I didn't look through all the post but i say: The Doors With 'Break On Through', 'Gloria', 'Light My Fire' and 'Alabama Song' Funkadelic With 'Super Stupid', 'What Is Soul', 'Mommy, What's A Funkadelic' and 'Maggot Brain' Jefferson Airplane With 'Crown Of Creation', 'Plastic Fantastic Lover', 'Somebody To Love' and 'White Rabbit' __ Fawful668 05-18-2006, 09:37 PM I know this is way off topic but.. Rachmaninoff is the kind of music that you look at the sheet music and you hear it being played and you think it's going to be a pain, but the 2nd concerto was actually really easy. It has lots of octaved chords, but is in 4/4 time and in they key of C... But i'm not into it enough to go out and buy classical CD's. I do some Blues (house of the rising sun, anybody?) and some contemporary stuff.. (Charlie brown theme, pink panther, etc etc) and trying to do some Joplin stuff.. Entertainer is somewhat easy but crap Maple Leaf Rag is just pure evil. Ahh, it satisfies me to know that there are at least a few cultured human beings out there. Classical is wonderful, I'm into the essentials from that genre. Handel, Bach, Telemann, Rhespigi, etc. Anywho. For rock, etc, I highly recommend Houston Calls and/or Ludo. They're incredible. laugh: Mephisto27 05-23-2006, 09:32 PM Crazy Train! Now that is an awesome classic song. |
