i don't wanna take away from your original post, but another pretty good rpg seems to be Conquer. i forget the site, but u can just search it or whatever, its free and all. its kinda like d2.

Been active since 1997 with a dedicated team of builders who are very dedicated to building and running the system? And did it have it's entire code rebuilt? Everything in Lensmoor is build from scratch with just a little support from the original base code. No piece of the code even resembles the original.

text based games are too confusing...not to mention the fact that they have tiny fonts and make me go blind (people im already as blind as a worm. thats rite a worm) i struggle to c the difference between a N and a S. and overall the stupid text games have no plot, only an all out build army , kill , rinse , repeat process which determined by a randomizer to give ur percentages of casualty.

sum it up (for noobs who have no vocabs - go read sum sat u lazy noobs!!) -----> text base games are pure luck a.k.a. u wage war and luck takes ur losses. (u fight, u lose army, how u say? - its them farging randomizing computers!!)

i dont like text-based RPG's at all! ^i agree^ there way to confusing, i'd rather spend time playing the game then learning how to :p
