I used to have Marvel vs Capcom on PS1... I wish I could find it now, I loved that game.

Everyone who has played DC agrees it rocked. I haven't played it, but I've heard a lot about the games and its capabilities... It was miles ahead of Nintendo and Sony. It should have won the console wars for that generation. It's actually still successful in Japan, just not here, and we might see a DreamCast 2 someday, but I doubt it. It looks like Sega has resigned itself to making games and not consoles now, so I doubt they'll fire the factories back up and pump more out. Sad to say, too, because they have a record of being ahead of the times. ie. Sega Saturn/Sega CD. First marketed home consoles with 3d graphics or CDs instead of cartridges, as far as I know. And look up Seaman(I think that's its name) for the Dreamcast and see what it can do. It's impressive.
