Ok hi, this is my first guide, so feed back would be great thanks :) This guide goes for a 125 fcr break point with meat shields wooeeee.

Bone /w Summons #######################

dexterity: none
vitality: rest
energy: none
@@SKILLS@@
20 bone spear
20 bone spirit
20 bone prison
20 bone wall
and 1 point in all summons except for fire golem. (Meat Shields)
rest into teeth

Armour: Mage Plate Enigma
Shield: Spirit Monarch; try your best to get 35 fcr or as high as possible.
weapon: heart of the oak flail; 40fcr
weapon2:cta highest bo possible
shield2:spirit for +skills
belt: arachnids; 20 fcr
gloves: magefist; 20fcr
helm; shako; life + mana boost
rings; 2 fcr rings to seal the deal on max fcr or you can go at 10 frames and replace those rings with sojs 4 damage + mana.
amulet; best bet is maras but if you cant afford it, *suggestion required lol*
Charms; 9 pnb gcs (life if possible but not essential), 20life 5 res sc's Lol. sif just use any life sc's you can find. torch <need it and anni if possible but if not just need a bit more str.
To Duel, basically go collect your meat shield tele around them spammin your spirits or you can be more skill full and prison + bone spear them your choice, the end.
