Ok, when I make a new sig. And when im done i open the ava. How do I get the SAME part of the sig I want in the ava to be there. I try it with the rectangle marquee tool and it just selects whats in that layer. Its so annoying

I always save my sigs and a .jpeg file, you can open that and the whole sig will be one layer and then use the rectangular marquee tool. Or you could just control + shift + e to merge all the visiable layers on your .psd document and then select if from there. I think that's what you were asking, hope that helps.
