This is really annoying. I download a render and when i try to open it, it says something about it cannot parsing the .png or something like that.. whats wrong and how do i fix it

yeah i ran into the same problem. I haven't figured out how to fix it yet but they way around it i found was to right clickl on the file. Go to open with windows picture and fax viewer and in there you can save it as a jpeg which you should be able to open in ps. The only thing that really sucks about it, the background color automatically changes to black which if its a black render is just really annoying. I hope that helps you somehow.

Yea, i knew about that but then when i go to use the tool to make the whole bg transparrent it takes out the render sometimes.. thats what i hate. If anyone has any ideas of what i should do please help me

Use microsoft office picture manager from the 2003 office suite and you can re save it as a png
