Anyone know a good quick and dirty MP3 ripper?

I hate using windows software and making clunky .wmv's and I'd like to put my entire CD library on my computer in mp3 format.

By quick and dirty I'm looking for something that is small, compact, easy to use, and not like a massive program that takes 3 mintues to load and tries to associate every audio file on your f*cking computer with their crappy software, ala windows media player and Musicmatch.......

And also anyone know of a small, quick and dirty player? Kind of like how Winamp used to be years ago?

Despite my hatred of all things Mac I actually prefer iTunes for my MP3 purposes.

Creative MediaSource. Should be a free download on the website, its used with Creative MP3 players but works as a music organizer\player\riper the same as iTunes but it is ten times better then iTunes in my opinion.

I don't like Media Source, it really sucks for videos.
