I no and excellent game for ps2 its called Baldurs gate, its excactly the same as diablo but diablo is still better it contain of 4 acts, has tps, and has a boss in each act, also at six quest in each act , you can get items to

what's the difference of BG between pc and ps2 version

ok, i own baldur gate and baldur gate 2. the pc version is lik a longer story i think, and it gives u the story of what happens before you start playing. the ps2 one jus tells u that baldurs gate is being attacked, etc , needs your help.... etc. first one is ok, 2nd one is better, u get to be a monk, priest, warrior, 4got rest. theres cheats for it lik, instantly to lvl 20 and learn all spells at lvl 1. i wud perfer d2 bc d2 got mroe items, playable online and much funner. go try out bg and bg2 (baldurs gate). its fun . is there a baldurs gate 3 comin out? i beat 1 n 2

I have Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate II:Shadows of Amn for pc...they are in my opinion better than the PS2 Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance...I have the first one but have yet to get the second...I just don't think it can live up to the PC versions...but if you try the PC games then you should try Neverwinter Nights it's made by the same company, Bioware, and in the same world, Fogotten Realms...and for those of you who have never heard of Bioware...think: Star Wars: KOTOR, Jade Empire, and MDK 2...

yeah well im a person that got to the point were i just got board of diablo type games to were im wanting to play Fantasy Games and online Raceing game. One Great PS2 game would have to be Silent Line Armor Core. and Final Fantasy XI Very Great Games in My Mind!

BG and such are much more complicated than D2...plus in NWN you can design your own items...shibby...

hey its not ment 2 be like d2! it made after the greatest RPG in the world........ D&D!! i should i im in heavy to that stuff. it even says FORGOTEN REALMS on the box which is a sersies of books and stories 4 D&D. for all of u that dont no what D&D is its DUNGONS&DRAGONS its a papper based roll playing game. the whole game depends on the roll of the dice. But anyway.. BG is not like D2 its like D&D

BG is too DnD orientated. Diablo 2 isnt that orginal either i mean, a group of people set out to slay evil, also very cliche =\ but hey its a great game so what am i talking about?

lol u guys miss the point, D2 is just another hack and slash game in the big ocean of games, bauldurs gate and the DnD games hit the spot long before the first Diablo, and to answer the question wuts the differance betwean ps2 and PC, its the PS2 fallows simple rules like, dmg 12-34 or armor 23+3, in the PC version it uses the DnD rules so its 1h10+5 dmg and armor 3+1 its alot less simple, and it based off rolling dice, and as to diablo being a better game, its only because of it being online with more people and the special features, and last of all the PS2 had alot to live up to on the PC version, it made a whole new story because the other storys were already taken, and i played PS2 version long before diablo so if u ask me Bauldurs gates my favi
