Well, I hope Blizz doesn't take the Steam way of booting hackers.
On steam if you are caught using hacks they don't ban you right away, it may take several days or even up to a month before you get banned. This way they don't have hackers 'testing' whether or not their hacks are undetectable just by logging on once and getting banned.

So far from what has happened to me it's pretty immediate (warden updated on ezplay and when I quit my first MH game it was end of story).

Warden is always updating every time new versions of each maphacks are made.Blizz is taking care of everything this is true...
