OMG, worst day ever. NEVER EVER BUY FROM BEST BUY. I was returning my geforce 6600gt because I found a different store that sells it alot cheaper. They looked at my card for like 10 minutes in the back room, and after they come out the sticker with my serial was been ripped off, they claimed it was tampered with, and I just yelled at them for like 30 minutes. After I brought it home, I put in back into my comp, Guess what? The card doesn't even work. It stalls on all 3-d applications, and my start menu dissappeared. This is the ****TIEST day ever.

that sucks, but what do u expect with an american corperation in canada? for real though, best buy sucks and overprices, circuit city is even better than them, but i like compusa

You shouldn't have ripped off the serial sticker. Most companies won't take back computer merchandise with missing serial stickers.
