Not necessarily. It shows if you are active. If you've been here since 2003 and only have a post count of 20 then you aren't very active therefor you probably won't recieve a higher status at D2S. Not every post is spam. True, how long you have been here does matter, but so does post count. If it didn't matter it would not have been implemented.

Well post more beneficial information and perhaps you'll get a higher status. I also meant if posts weren't important it woundn't have been implemented as a requirement to become a higher status.

I say if you've been banned before for reasons I won't mention here, you shouldn't ever receive veteran status. Good day to you sir.
