this is only my 2nd guide, my last one i made yesterday, it is an mf sorc but this is a PvP build, it is possible to get her fireball up to about 22k tho

Ammy: +3 Fire Skills, 25% Fire Dmg Rare Ammy


With that gear you should do about 21k, with the extra skills form skill quests u could get orb maxed for thos enasty immunes if you get to a hight enough level. You will need 0 dex points because this is a hit and run PvP sorc.

i dont know how to say this but there is no +3 to fire skills gloves, nor have i ever seen +3 to fire skills boots or a +3 to fire skills 25% fire dmg rare ammy

lol, my pally is immune to fire. Ask dclone when I use Steel Shade, Hellmouths, Rising Sun, Waterwalks, GA, and Dwarf Stars. I've yet to see +3 to fire skill gloves and boots too. It's probably because they don't exist according to this (http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/items/magic/pre.shtml) page.

Yep. Max +# to skills is 2 on everything except for uniques.

yeah instead of the valor u should get a viper for fcr or ormus

like i said i think they are crafted, my friend gave me this guide, he told me i could post it to help ppl out

im pretty sure the max u can have on gloves is +2 to tab skills. otherwise i would have seen someone using a glove or boot with +3 in at least one duel game

Gloves can only spawn + tabskills (up to +3 is possible) but only for zon's passive and bow skills, and the sin's martial arts tab. Nothing else.

A circlet can have +3 fire skills, but then it cannot be rare, only magical.

Boots cannot spawn with + skills of any kind.

Amulet can have +3 fire skills but increased elemental damage does not even exist on anything that is not set or unique.

It's as Mephisto said. No +skills on gloves except for javalins/bows/passive and martial arts on gloves and no boots that aren't unique have +skills.

Yes, You made an interesting point there. People would find ways to either dupe,ebay them, or anything else possible. If im correct that is?
