I have maxed ds and ls and put a few extra in fire blast to get a couple more shots.
I have 1 in shadow master and all prereqs. I have 1 in cloak but nothing in martial arts or blade shield.

I have 17 or 18 more skills to put out, what does everyone suggest?

P.S. My resistances suck(all neg in hell-not sure if I have done hell anya yet though), I guess right now the only fix is charms, but what are your thoughts on the jade blade thingy(just no skills)... doesn't it have high resistances?

Look in the character development guides, they have all the info you need. If you're low on resists, put a point into a skill called fade and that should help your resists

I have looked at the one(1) ds-trapassin guide and, to be honest, was looking for some more specific advice on other skills to focus on good damage for those lightning immune monsters. Most especially since my merc is still a wimp. ie, should I put it in shadow master or fire blast or something else.

Not sure on the fade thing only because of the slow walk, but I will put one there and see how that helps.
