here is the tutorial for it... If you wanna use the same picture i use copy this

or you can just use your own... lets start.
1.grab the Polygonal lasso tool
2. outline the shape with it... (it doent have to be exact just be close)

3. copy that edit>copy or ctrl+c
4. Paste it (ctrl +v)
5. now you should have two layers.
6. now create a new layer.
7. grab the gradient tool and make this

8 Press ctrl+g to group them and set the blending mode to screen
this is what it should look like

9. move the gradient layer up. till it is just out of site. then go to image ready
10.duplicate the frame. on the second frame move the gradient layer down till not visible again.

11. press the tween button (next to the duplicate frame button.)
use these settings and your done

you can do multiple spots. but you are done now.

Uh, how would you animate texts?

same way. make a gradient layer, with that line, and put it right above your text, and (in photoshop 8/7/whatever) hit Ctrl-G, animate the same way...in ps cs 2 (9) hit Ctrl-Alt-G...
