here is a pretty little pic i found while searching... incase no one understands german... this means..
451 poison damage over 12 seconds.yes this is legit as the highest psn dmg on an sc is 451... and u can find them from baal but good luck... if poison goes over 12 seconds and venom goes over 0.4 seconds? yes it gets messed up.

btw if u had 40 of these u would do 18,040 psn dmg extra...

of course venom! duh! although its not that much dmg but the draining time is fast !!! 2 seconds homie!!!!

There does exist legit small charms with 5xx poison damage, but its extremly rare.

Always use venom.

Silver, can you tell us what the suffixes and prefixes on those things are?

Also, I think those charms were only available in 1.09 or earlier, because I don't see any Prefix/Suffix combination to make that much poison damage on the Arreat Summit.
