Nice tut Jason, id give rep point but i am not a mod or a vet.

i dont get where to paste, or which sig window.

There is only one sig window.... and Edit > Paste... I don't see you that can be confused

underw what menu is blend?

There isn't anything that says 'blend'... if your looking for soft light and stuff... its right above where the layers are... it's kind of shown on the last part of the first tut...

If you want things like drop shadow and such, right click on the layer and goto Blending Options
