I dont know if anyone have found or havent but atleast I have found it, its a weapon that says it has 100% deadly strike but I thought that this was a little weird and asked some lvl 90-99 lvl characters if this really is what it says it is, 100% certain kill. And all people respond the same: "No it doesnt work" I cant test it myself cause my sorc hasnt got 80 dex but as everyone says it doesnt work then I believe them. So my question is that why doesnt blizzard or battle net or whoever fix this problem as it really is a big one. If that weapon would work then it would instantenously be the absolute best weapon in the game, the ones that have it would be invincible. So why make a weapon that doesnt work I wonder. If they meant that it would just look nice with the 100% deadly strike then why make it at all. If a weapon exists then it should and would HAVE TO work !

I have it as well, It's not a very good weapon, 100% Deadly Strike is x2 or x4 damage, (forgot which) not an instant kill.

Deadly Strike = Chance to do double physical damage, I suppose if you were doing 100% deadly strike you would be doing double melee damage. Inless theres a problem like your saying then I don't know.

It used to not work back in .09 but they fixed it so it now does.
