Here's some sites on getting better with signature making. Fonts: www.dafont.com (http://www.dafont.com) www.abstractfonts.com (http://www.abstractfonts.com) and www.1001freefonts.com (http://www.1001freefonts.com) are all good freeware font sites. Try 'em out.
Nice tutorials: www.pixel2life.com (http://www.pixel2life.com) www.good-tutorials.com (http://www.good-tutorials.com)

For everyone to know: Look for basic and advanced image blending. Also read up on color balances.

Hope this helps and cuts down on the "Sig help" and "How do you make sigs?" threads. If anyone has some other stuff I missed post 'em here.

Also ill be putting up some rendered images sites.

Here's a site with lots of renders:
Clan Templates (http://www.clantemplates.com/renders/gallery/index.php?sessionid=c4b1e5640991fb2ce73fb6fb8c1558 4a)

Basically you find a picture(render) then you "render" it which means crop just the figure in the picture. That's the fun part for some or the hard part for others. It should be a smooth edge, but doesnt need to perfect on a count of you need to blend. I use a combo of the "Magic Wand" and the "Lasso" (freehand). I started with the "Extract" filter. Once you have a "Render" you need to make a canvas(new doctument). I 90% of the time use 400 px width by 120 px height px meaning pixels. 300x100 looks good for abstract, and anything bigger then 420x130 looks bad, that's what I feel. I don't really wanna show you how I myself make sigs, 'cause it's my OWN style, I mean It's grunge or abstract or tech, but I have my own way of doing them. I say one thing, for every sig I've made I have started with a "Clouds" layer on the bottom, then made brush layers above the clouds layer.

CS and CS2 are a waste of money. Adding 4 features isn't worth $700.
