this is a merc i came up with.
a1 Hell ice arrow merc

armor - dragon

Helm - dream

wepon - ice


Thus giving all the damage auras and does hella lots of dmg she can kill any thing in hell in 1-2 hits :D

i know dream does holy shock...well thats nice it adds a whopping 700 light dmg, that would be great news except for the fact that most monsters and people have resists to lightning and a merc can have over 65 resists to all anyway
how about:
80/30% coa
chamed levi
eth infinity thresher and a holy freeze merc.
this gives cold, max speed, cannot be frozen, and conviction as well as a max of 40% dr


edit..... never mind i just saw this is act 1 mercs... how about

Expensive: Eth BoTd Cb, Eth Uped Shaft, eth uped arreats with um in it probably.

use 80/30% ias coa, or 2 umed coa if ur not that rich
and use chamed levi or something gemmed in levi... try to get 25% dmg reduct on levi

Id go with fortitude and any eth new runeword just about or eth bhew.
