I was told that if I lvl norm merc to a high lvl, it will have better stats then a hell merc at the same lvl. So i decided to get new merc.... only problem know is lving him. He gets no exp even if he kills everything in norm by himself. The hell caos runs work good for the exp but he keeps dying to quickly. Ne ideas neone?

well i have a nm merc and hell cats/andy and nm cows were great

any place is fine, as long as there are a lot of monsters u can kill efficiently that give good exp.. try pressing o and watch how much exp ur merc gains after u kill something, if he/she gets around 3000 per kill then ur doing good

im gettin no where near that cause the mercs only lvl 13. im gonna try nm chaos instead of hell for now

Then the best place for you is act2 cannyon and tombs.
When he is lvl 18-20 you start doing cows untill hes lvl 25.
Now nm act1 shoud be nice to lvl him to lvl 40-50.

Answer me plz.... Buy your merc in normal, unless you want the act merc from nm wich give other auras.
Get them as low lvl as possible.
