What are the best mercs for the different types of builds?

I'm a med level bonemancer using a barb w/ clay to tank but at the moment i'm not sure if its even working because he dies alot. should i switch to a holy freeze or thorns merc?

While your at it, post up the other kinds of mercs for the other builds :P

my zoomancer is supplemented with a might merc level 77.

medium lvl? I dun care much bout med lvls...Ull be a high lv in no time...
Both is fine...ur golem cud tank too..

i choose a holy freeze merc for all my casters, because even though the barbs have knockback, it only hits 1 monster at a time, where the holy freeze affects an area, and slows everything down by 50%, which means you get hit 1/2 as much, the only trouble is getting him to activate the aura
