How come i cant seem to open my msn msger....i can open it but i cant seem to USE it..When i press sign in and type in my name and pass and when i press 'ok',the whole program turns to 'not responding'!. Can someone help me on this?

Are you using windows 98/me/2000 or Xp?

press the 'Prt Scr' (print screen) button on your keyboard when you have the process list up and then go into mspaint or whatever and paste (ctrl+v) the screenshot you took in there.. save it and attatch here.

Can you be more descriptive? like what are you talking about :p

i'm pretty sure your problem was trying to attatch a .bmp file... save it as .jpg and give it another go :)

kinda sounds like a resource issue. try doing a msconfig and disable some of the background programs.

Whats a msconfig?And what do u mean by backgrounds programs?U mean those processes in task manager?But i dont noe which one to delete,after when i delete wrongly the whole thing hangs or whatever.

I finally get to attach the file.So which file should i delete?

in the run menu type msconfig, then procede to the 'startup' tab. There it will list what windows loads behind your back when it first starts up. you can remove everything there without windows screwing up. BUT there are probably things in there you want like your anti-virus taskbar icon etc.

I cant seem to run the msconfig.It says make sure that all requireed libraries are available.
