how do i make a cow leve and what are the requirements

1. have baal killed on the difficulty u want to make it. (i.e normal baal killed=normal cow lvl)
2. go to tristram and click on wirt's body, pick up his leg
3. make sure u have a horadric cube, place the leg in the cube
4. buy a tomb of townportal and place the tomb in the cube
5. make sure your in act 1, the rogues encampment and click transmute.
6. the portal should open unless u killed the cow king.
