a ladder hr is worth ladder 8 ums
8 ums ladder for 3 enigmas nl
so around 3 ums for an enigma
the ladder to non ladder rate is 1:3 i believe
so u get 9 nl ums per enigma
i think hes giving a good deal, altho it may not look like it

isn't runes on ladder worth les on than on nl??? upgrading kinda makes runes go down i value i guess...
