Development team as in a sort of Idea managment team, always looking for ways to implement new and useful features, ways to make the site look and navigate better.

Advertising team would do just that, advertise. There are thousands of sites out there that allow affiliation and advertising. There are even site JUSt FOR advertising and affiliating.

Well they would technicly be a part of staff, but wouldn't be bossing anyone around or modding. Instead, it would be their job to help think of ways to improve the site, draw members, introduce and implement new features to the site, like a shoutbox or something. The advertising team would do just that, advertise...everywhere. Not in a way that would make BZS unpopular, but in a way that would get the word out out us. I think that's the main problem, we aren't really on the charts anymore like we used to be. New user features, a new admin cp maybe, new strategies to attract prospectful members, and new ideas such as competitions and events that would add to the interest.

First of all, we have an upload images section. That's plenty.

Secondly.....Leet is dumb....and it serves no purpose.....and I fail to see how a Leet Upload feature would benefit the site.

Anyways, I want the upload part so like, if someone wanted a word document saying "hi". I could upload it to the site and someone could download it. Kind of like rapidshare or some shit, but a whole lot smaller. Thats why I said for 1337 people only.

Ok, I'm trying to be patient with you Blue, sort of like you have to do with children. Think, I know it's hard, but bear with me: Why would the site possibly need an upload feature, to take up even more server space and bandwidth, and why on earth would you want to waste that space, with a word document saying nothing other than 'hi', when you can send it as an attachment in a PM?

The site doesn't need it, I know we aren't going to get it because A) It isn't helpful or useful in any form or fashion, and B) Because it wastes space, and seriously, no one would use it for other than a personal storage depot that takes up the sites much needed free space on the server. Like I said, I know it's hard for you sometimes, but try to think before you post.

You're taking everything too literally. You need to shut up and look at the bigger picture. Am I really going to upload a word document saying "hi"? No. But it would be useful. Kind of like for those daily downloads to be hosted on BZS instead of another site. But you know.

Also for the bandwidth problem, it be limited to the user for a specific size amount.
