Dracs good for PVP bowazon?

I'm making a poor man's vitality bowazon and I plan on using

Shael'ed Wf //Faith GMB
Fort
Verdungo
Raven
3% bk
Gores
Shael'ed Guillaumes / 40/15 andy's
Highlords

Updated equipment, not using dracs anymore. I have +2 passive 20% ias gloves

Dracs are decent but cleaclaws are better.

You've got to me rich to make a 7 frame bowa and it's impossible with windforce.

gale grasp, highlords, 120/45, fort, faith gm, nos, travs, ravens.
bowazon also suck w/o 3/20s or max dmg gcs.

Dracs are uselss because it wil cast life tap in front of your zon and usualy when enemies get in front of you they kill you or you get lucky... now you can use so many gloves you can use Clewglaw or Gouts for chant :)

If your going to enchant use demon limb and i'd use two passive gloves with ias dex str res.
