i wouldnt do 20 to penetrate....unless your AR is teh suxxx

and CS benefits GREATLY drop off after like lvl 8, so you should probably shoot for like lvl 10 CS with items

strafe=pvm <--max this instead

i dont think penetrate works with ga anyways..

Yeah I always thought with GA it always hit.. I could be wrong though.
