It's not really something that I would ever go out of my way to acquire. It's in my medicine cabinet, so I take it at night when I want something different. I'll agree with you however, that it is not 'tripping' like idiots say it is. It's just fun, it makes you say "What the ****???" to everything you read/see. If I don't feel like doing something heavy/expensive as you previously listed then I just take a little ambien, and have some good easy safe cheap fun.
